另外室内卫生间过多,而且大部分都是干湿分离的大面积卫生间,这造成了房屋实用面积的巨大的浪费。还有部分户型的半地下层窗门外存在长、宽、高约为2.5、0.5、2.5米,面积不足4㎡的狭长空间所围成的所谓下沉式花园。这种所谓的下沉式花园,不但用途无法辨认,笔者更为连续阴天该花园和其内半地下层的安全捏一把汗。
再者,整个社区平面布局,除去围墙下的180个露天车位,和2排联排别墅,余下的各幢别墅比肩而临,并成中央放射状整齐一一的辐射开来,前后两排间隔不超过15米,左右两栋之间间隔不超过6米,有甚者两栋之间足可以来个空中握手,笔者遐想如果比邻两家关系甚好,那么从这借个酱油什么的倒是方便了许多。

环境 村上春墅北望奇峰山万佛塔,南临昆禄公路,东伴螳螂川水,西北据悉将开发为该项目二期。虽说该项目处于富民县田园风光保护带正中心,但就目前看,四周各种小村落、小作坊仍然无法让身处“村上春墅”人真切感受到所谓田园中心的自然归属感,并且对望附近小村落里的小洋楼,还有一种到底是我看镜中人还是镜中人看我的错乱。
附近农家乐、休闲养生的地方较多是不争的事实,这为平时消遣小恬提供不少去处。其中龙腾苑算比较著名的。
配套 配套是该项目一大软肋,煤气不通应是不小的缺憾,社区医疗卫生、教育、购物、餐饮、娱乐、健身等一系列相关设施都未能配建,虽然开发商补了一个酒店,和一个公共游泳池,提供了部分相应的配套,但无论是从价格、数量还是从种类上都无法满足业主的基本生活需要,一切还需依赖富民县城内相关配套的提供。

此外,别墅户型设计不是很人性化,匪夷所思房间的结构和过多卫生间的面积浪费使人不悦;其次社区平面布局稠密,难以使人对其所承诺的1:1私家园林保持信任;周边的所谓"万亩葡萄园"的宣传和实际景致使人失望。相应配套还有待完善,如果二期投资建设可以考虑将一期不足配套加入。社区内景观建设丰富,绿化率较高是其优势,但300万开发一个景观用水略显浪费。
